Even after 30+ years in the business, Dan Santy didn’t demand a corner suite. In fact, he had his office built smack-dab in the middle of the agency. And frankly, it couldn’t be more appropriate, because Dan is truly the hub of the agency that bears his name. When he’s not cheerleading, ranting, strategizing or running through the hallways yelling, “Change is constant!”, he’s reading up on the latest marketing tools and techniques, and discovering new ways to integrate them into smart, insightful plans for clients. Dan is famous for his 5AM workouts, notorious for his long-winded speeches, and admired for his fabulous wardrobe picked out, of course, by his lovely wife, Liza.

Sagar’s team of gifted geeks, er, developers stay on top of the latest technology shifts and are a big reason why Santy is capable of delivering true integration of marketing efforts in the digital realm for our clients.

From home improvement to healthcare, packaged goods to retail and beyond, Bret has big brand experience that spans a wealth of industries across all media. After 14 years on the agency side as a copywriter and creative director, he turned his attention to directing commercials and web content for a variety of clients in packaged goods, pharmaceutical, retail, and recording industries. Bret joined Santy as Creative Director in 2012, and now heads Santy's video and photo production division, Santy Studios.

Sara comes to Santy after overseeing a very successful Phoenix-based agency, BJC Public Relations. For the past 25-plus years Sara has grown up in the agency environment, facilitating clients through everything from strategic planning sessions to holding their hands during crisis situations. Her ability to read clients' industries and understand how to reach their audiences is helped by her ability to immerse herself in their world and develop content and strategies to tell their stories. Her experience includes representing brands in the building, development, mining, agriculture, retail, hospitality and healthcare industries. In her spare time she strives to adjust to shopping and cooking for her husband and one man-child still living at home, while stalking her college-age daughters' social media feeds.
